[News Report] To actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility and convey care for the people, Thai Business Centre (hereinafter referred to as "TBC Thailand Business Centre") held a charity donation and public service event in Doi Wawee District, Chiang Rai Province, Thailand on December 14, 2025. Through a combination of material donations and multi-themed charity booths, the event provided multi-level and multi-dimensional heartwarming assistance to the local people, taking concrete actions to help the people in the northern region stay warm during the winter and improve their livelihoods.
The donation and public service ceremony was successfully held on the same day. Local representative Mr. Visarn attended the event and expressed his sincere gratitude for the charitable act of TBC Thailand Business Centre. Mr. Tanapat, Chairman of TBC Thailand Business Centre, Mr. Sorapong, Founder, Ms. Duendara, Director, Mr. Zhou Dan, General Manager, Mr. Liu Jiangang, Strategic Partner, and Mr. Ren Rixin, General Manager of DMT Group, and other guests attended the event, witnessing the heartwarming moment of the handover of charitable services and materials with the local people.
At the event, Mr. Tanapat, Chairman of TBC Thailand Business Center, stated that the development of enterprises is inseparable from the support of all sectors of society, and fulfilling social responsibility is an obligation that enterprises should fulfill. Ms. Durdara, a director, stated that in the future, the Thailand Business Center will continue to focus on the needs of local people's livelihoods and community development in Thailand, actively carry out diverse and practical public welfare assistance activities, give back to society with concrete actions, and contribute more to promoting Thai-Chinese public welfare cooperation and regional development.
It is understood that this event, while conducting on-site material donations, also featured several carefully designed charity booths covering various fields such as medical and health care, educational assistance, agricultural support, and child welfare, further enhancing the coverage and effectiveness of charitable services.
At the medical and health care booth, TBC Thailand Business Center, in conjunction with the well-known Thai charitable medical organization, the Chinese Medical Donation Center, provided free medical consultations to local residents, distributed small kits of commonly used medicines, and conducted health and hygiene education for the elderly, which was widely welcomed by the local community.
At the educational assistance booth, staff communicated with local communities and schools, understanding and collecting information on impoverished students. This laid the groundwork for future one-on-one educational assistance and continuous educational support, extending the charitable initiative from "one-time donations" to "long-term assistance."
At the charity agricultural assistance booth, the event provided a platform for local coffee farmers to showcase and sell their products, helping them sell their coffee beans on-site. It also offered local students the opportunity to display their handicrafts, attracting enthusiastic purchases from attendees. This not only increased the actual income of farmers and students but also enhanced their sense of community participation and achievement.
In addition, a children's handicraft charity booth was set up at the event. Through interactive activities such as paper cutting and collage, local children had a pleasant and meaningful time, conveying care and companionship in a relaxed atmosphere.
This event not only provided tangible assistance to some disadvantaged families in Doi Wawee District, Chiang Rai Province, but also fully demonstrated the corporate social responsibility of TBC Thailand Business Center and related Thai-Chinese enterprises in various aspects such as healthcare, education support, and industrial assistance.
